A tight-knit community. A transformative experience. A path to leadership.

A tight-knit community. A transformative experience. A path to leadership.

The Brock Leaders Program is a unique opportunity for a select group of Longwood students to build strong connections, receive additional faculty and staff support, and participate in a fully funded Brock Experience after their first year. Through shared courses, a dedicated living-learning community, and an immersive fall retreat, Brock Leaders gain the skills and confidence to excel in college and beyond.

A Supportive, Engaging First Year

From day one, Brock Leaders are part of a living-learning community, residing together in the same residence hall and taking two courses together each semester. Faculty-led workshops provide personalized support, helping students navigate college life, explore career paths, and prepare for future success.

Your Second Year & Beyond

Brock Leaders return from their Brock Experience with new perspectives and a deeper understanding of leadership. As second-year students, they serve as mentors, take on leadership roles, and continue making an impact on campus.
