If you have a disability that will impact your visit to the Longwood campus, please feel free to let us know. We may be able to assist you with the following:

• Alternative Format Materials
• Sign Language Interpreter
  Requests are required at least 6 weeks prior to the scheduled event.
• Accessible Parking – Commencement
• Preferential Seating
• Limited Transportation on Campus
  Contact the event planner to arrange transportation.
• ADA Modifications
  Some requests require at least 6 weeks’ notice prior to the scheduled event—consult ARO staff.

Visitors Requesting Disability-Related Reasonable Accommodations

Individuals attending a university event or visiting university-controlled property are responsible for:

• Informing the event sponsor or a responsible university representative of their accommodation needs
• Providing documentation of their disability
• Cooperating with the university to identify a reasonable accommodation

Some services require a minimum of six weeks’ notice to arrange

We ask that university event planners, guests, and visitors be mindful of this timeline when planning or attending university-sponsored events.
