The Help Desk will be closed December 17 – January 1.
Limited assistance will be available each day of the break (to include weekends; no coverage Christmas Day or New Year’s Day).
Requests should be made via email to [email protected] and should include a detailed description of the issue and a contact phone number where you can be reached.
A Help Desk technician will respond to requests between the hours of 10 a.m. and 12 p.m. (noon).
